Privacy Policy
Last updated June 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NeverForgetSocial, operated by InventiveHQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our autonomous content engine (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information. The email address and basic profile details you provide when you sign up, and the brands and workspaces you create.
- Connected-account credentials. When you connect a social account such as Twitter/X or Bluesky, we receive and store OAuth access tokens (and, where applicable, refresh tokens) that let the Service post on your behalf. We do not receive or store your passwords for those platforms.
- Platform data. Through connected accounts we may access profile information, the posts the Service publishes for you, and engagement metrics (such as likes, reposts, replies, and impressions) returned by the platform.
- Content you create. Source material, brand voice settings, drafts, and the content generated and scheduled within the Service.
- Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser information, and similar diagnostics generated as you use the Service.
2. How we use Twitter/X data
When you connect a Twitter/X account, we use the access we are granted only to operate the Service for you:
- To publish posts and threads you have created or scheduled, on your behalf;
- To read back the status and engagement metrics of those posts so the Service can report results and improve future scheduling;
- To display your connected account so you know which profile content is posted to.
We do not sell Twitter/X content or information, and we do not use it to build profiles of other people or for advertising. Our use of Twitter/X data complies with the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
3. How we use information generally
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service;
- To generate, schedule, and publish content according to your configuration;
- To improve the Service, including the quality of generated content and scheduling;
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and support;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With platforms you connect, to publish content and retrieve metrics, as you direct;
- With service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and AI content-generation providers), under obligations of confidentiality and limited use;
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service;
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain OAuth tokens until you disconnect the account or delete your account. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect accounts.You can disconnect any connected social account from the Service settings, or revoke our access directly from the platform (for Twitter/X, via your account’s connected-apps settings). Doing so deletes the associated tokens.
- Access and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Account deletion. You can delete your account, which removes your stored content and credentials as described above.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls around stored credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International users
We operate the Service on cloud infrastructure that may process data in multiple regions. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in locations other than your own.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
