A call to action (CTA) is the line that tells your audience exactly what to do next — reply with your take, sign up for the beta, grab the template. Without one, even a post people love often ends in a like and nothing more.
A strong hook earns the attention; the CTA converts it. It's the single biggest lever on click-through rate, and ultimately conversion rate — a clear, specific ask beats a vague one every time.
