Brand voice

The consistent personality and tone of how a brand communicates — the difference between sounding like you and sounding generic.

Brand voice is the recognizable personality behind everything you publish — word choice, tone, humour, how formal or blunt you are. It's what makes a post sound like you rather than like every other account in the category.

A defined voice keeps a feed coherent even when different people (or tools) write the posts, and it shapes how sentiment analysis reads your audience and how you handle community management. The more specific the voice, the easier it is to keep consistent at scale.
